📦 Shipping Policy
- Currently available for shipping: Hong Kong only.
- Please contact our customer service before ordering to confirm delivery availability and freight cost for other countries.
- Shipping method: SF Express cash on delivery (includes shipping and insurance) for Hong Kong region.
- Shipping time:
- In-stock items: ships within 3–7 business days after ordering.
- Pre-order items: based on product page details.

Example: 96 × 57 × 30 ÷ 6,000 = 27.4 kg
✅ Freight is charged based on the higher of actual or volumetric weight.
📦 Additional fees may include:
- Basic freight fee
- Fuel surcharge (freight × rate)
- Resource adjustment fee (weight × NT$20)
- Insurance: NT$1–6,000 = NT$10; Over NT$6,000 = item value × 0.5%
💳 Payment Methods
- Credit card: Supports VISA, MasterCard, JCB, UnionPay, etc.
- ※ Card processing fees are borne by the customer. Please contact your card issuer for any issues.
- Important Notes:
- Please include country code in phone number (e.g., +852 for Hong Kong)
- If your region doesn’t use postal codes, enter “000”
📦 Insurance & Remote Area Fees
- Insurance:
- NT$1–6,000 → Insurance = NT$10
- Over NT$6,000 → Insurance = item value × 0.5%
- Shipping to Hong Kong is COD, adding insurance is optional (leave a note when ordering).
- Remote Area Surcharge: SF Express charges HK$20 for delivery to remote areas. Refer to
SF Express Remote Area List.
🔄 Return & Exchange Policy
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders.
- Possible delays will be informed if:
- Package exceeds dimension limits
- National/public holidays
- Items are out of stock
- If shipment fails due to customer reasons and is returned, round-trip shipping will be deducted from the refund and no re-shipment will be made.
